Amla is a natural plant: Emblica Officinalis. The dried, powdered fruit has tannins, vitamin C, and is astringent. Amla adds texture, volume, wave, curl and shine to your hair. This herb is widely used in India for it's natural hair growth property, and you will find it often in hair oils, and herbal hair recipes. When used along with henna, it tones down the reddish dye, and when used alone it does not have dyeing properties. Scrub your face and body with amla for a glowing, and clean complexion.
Our amla powder is packaged in double plastic bags (one is airtight, and the second is a zip lock bag) inside of foil packaging. This ensures freshness.
